気象庁によりますと、日本の南を通る梅雨前線に向かって暖かく湿った空気が流れ込んでいるため、西日本を中心に大気の状態が不安定になり、鹿児島県や熊本県などで局地的に雨雲が発達しています
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, warm and humid air is flowing toward the rainy season front passing south of Japan, causing unstable atmospheric conditions mainly in western Japan, and localized rain clouds are developing in areas such as Kagoshima and Kumamoto prefectures.
前線は次第に北上し、11日にかけて西日本や東日本に停滞する見込みです
The front is expected to gradually move northward and remain stationary over western and eastern Japan through the 11th.
9日は九州南部に加えて九州北部で局地的に雷を伴って非常に激しい雨が降るおそれがあります

特に九州南部では9日昼前から発達した雨雲が次々とかかる見込みで、奄美地方を除く鹿児島県では9日夜にかけて線状降水帯が発生し、非常に激しい雨が降り続いて災害の危険度が急激に高まる可能性があります

気象庁は土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、川の氾濫に警戒するとともに、落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風に注意するよう呼びかけています
