Sumitomo Life: Starting salary increased to 330,000 yen
住友生命は、来年4月に入社する新卒社員で海外を含めた全国転勤のある「総合キャリア職員」の初任給を33万5000円に引き上げます
Sumitomo Life will increase the starting salary of new graduates who will join in April next year and ”comprehensive career staff” who will be transferred nationwide, including overseas, to 335,000 yen.
The amount will be increased by 75,000 yen compared to new graduates in the same position who are scheduled to join in April this year.
As competition for recruiting talent becomes fierce, the aim is to secure excellent new graduates.
