In the lawsuit where Masako Akagi, the wife of Toshio Akagi, a Kinki Finance Bureau official who was driven to suicide after being involved in the falsification of Ministry of Finance decision documents related to Moritomo Gakuen, sought disclosure of related documents from the government, the judgment to cancel the governments decision not to disclose has been finalized, and the Ministry of Finance plans to gradually disclose over 170,000 pages of documents and electronic data submitted to the prosecution.
