Regarding the benefits, it states the policy of aligning with the Liberal Democratic Party and providing 40,000 yen to children under 18 and adults in households exempt from resident tax, using increased tax revenues and other sources, and 20,000 yen to other citizens.

It also includes the establishment of a housing allowance to subsidize rent for low-income individuals and households with children.

In agricultural policy, in order to ensure a stable supply, rice production will be increased, and if there is a risk of a sudden price drop, the government will adjust the distribution volume by buying back reserve rice, thereby protecting farmers.

In terms of disaster prevention measures, it also states that the installation of air conditioners in elementary and junior high school gymnasiums, which are used as evacuation centers, will be accelerated.

On the other hand, regarding the reduced consumption tax rate for groceries, while a temporary reduction as a measure against rising prices is considered inefficient and inappropriate, it is stated that a reduction will be considered in order to provide reassurance in daily life.
