中国の輸入全面停止の影響を受けている国産の水産品を支援しようと中小企業を中心につくる経済団体のパーティーで、

北海道、三陸・常磐ものを中心とした、すしや和食のコーナーが設けられました。

今日、都内で開かれた日本商工会議所のパーティーに設けられたのは、日本の水産品消費応援コーナーです。　
A corner to support Japanese seafood consumption was established at the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry banquet held in Tokyo today.
メニューは宮城県産カツオや岩手県産シメサバなどのすしや北海道産ホタテを使ったジュレ、福島県産サバと茨城県産シラスの丼といった和食です。　
The menu includes Japanese dishes such as sushi made with tuna from Miyagi Prefecture and shime mackerel from Iwate Prefecture, jelly made with scallops from Hokkaido, rice bowls with mackerel from Fukushima Prefecture and white fish from Ibaraki Prefectu
いずれも高級店の調理で、試食した日商の小林会頭もうなずきながら味わっていました。　
All were prepared at high-end restaurants, and Nissho President Kobayashi, who tasted them, nodded while enjoying them.
日商は展示会や商談会などを通じて、全国で日本の水産物の販路開拓や拡大を応援したいとしています。
