According to the police, police and fire department reported that it had a strange smell at Aeon Mall Chiba New Town, a shopping mall in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, around 3pm on the 23rd.
Thirty-seven people complained of poor health, three of whom were taken to the hospital.
