気象庁によりますと、本州付近はおおむね高気圧に覆われて、1日も気温が上がる見込みです
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, most of Honshu is expected to be covered by a high-pressure system, and temperatures are likely to rise throughout the day.

The daytime high temperatures are expected to reach 37°C in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture; 36°C in cities such as Kofu, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Takamatsu; and 35°C in cities including Osaka, Tottori, and Kagoshima, making for extremely hot days. Additionally, temperatures are forecast to hit 34°C in Saitama and Fukui, and 33°C in central Tokyo, with severe heat expected to continue in various areas.
山梨県、愛知県、岐阜県、三重県、兵庫県、和歌山県、広島県、島根県、鳥取県、徳島県、高知県、山口県、鹿児島県の奄美地方を除く九州のすべての県、沖縄県の沖縄本島地方と宮古島地方、八重山地方では、熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなるとして、「熱中症警戒アラート」が発表されています
Yamanashi, Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Hyogo, Wakayama, Hiroshima, Shimane, Tottori, Tokushima, Kochi, all prefectures in Kyushu except for the Amami region of Kagoshima, and the Okinawa Main Island region, Miyako Island region, and Yaeyama region in Okinawa Prefecture are under a Heatstroke Alert due to the extremely high risk of heatstroke.
適切にエアコンを使用し、水分や塩分を補給するとともに、屋外の作業ではこまめに休憩をとるなど、熱中症への対策を徹底してください
Please make sure to take thorough measures against heatstroke, such as using air conditioning appropriately, replenishing fluids and salt, and taking frequent breaks when working outdoors.
一方、上空に寒気が流れ込むため、昼過ぎからは東日本や北日本で大気の状態が不安定になって、特に関東甲信では局地的に雷を伴った非常に激しい雨が降るおそれがあります

気象庁は低い土地の浸水や急な川の増水、土砂災害に十分注意するとともに落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風、ひょうにも注意するよう呼びかけています
