警察によりますと、10日午前7時すぎ、大阪・城東区の東中浜小学校の付近で「道路に水があふれている」と通報がありました。
According to the police, shortly after 7 a.m. on the 10th, a report was received near Higashinakahama Elementary School in Joto Ward, Osaka, stating that water is overflowing onto the road.
水は地下からあふれ出し、小学校周辺の道路などが水につかりました。

水道局や警察などによりますと、水道管が破損したことが原因で、複数の住民から「水道の水が濁っている」という相談が寄せられているということです。

現場にいた女性は「午前7時くらいに犬の散歩に出たときに水があふれていました。

近くに住む女性は、「外出先から自宅に戻ると近くの道路が冠水していて、午前9時ごろに断水に備えて水道の水をバケツにためておこうとしたら、薄い茶色の濁った水が出ました。
