The Constitutional Democratic Party states that it will enact laws and other measures to create a society where citizens and foreign residents can coexist while respecting each others personalities and individuality.

It also states that laws will be enacted to prohibit discriminatory speech and behavior based on race and other such factors.

In addition to formulating a population strategy that includes measures such as curbing the rise in the proportion of foreigners, the Japan Innovation Party states that it will centrally manage foreigner-related policies by establishing a command center function. It also calls for strengthening the structure of the Immigration Services Agency and promoting cooperation with the police and local governments to respond to illegal activities.

The Sanseito Party opposes the excessive acceptance of foreigners, calling for stricter screening of land purchases by foreigners and the establishment of a Comprehensive Agency for Foreign Resident Policy to centrally manage foreigner-related policies.
