気象庁によりますと、日本海にある前線を伴った低気圧などの影響で14日夜から15日朝にかけて、東海など東日本で雨雲が発達し、静岡市鍵穴では、午前6時すぎまでの1時間に、54ミリの非常に激しい雨が降りました
