アメリカの7月の消費者物価の伸び率は13カ月ぶりに拡大に転じました。　
The growth rate of consumer prices in the U.S. turned to expansion in July for the first time in 13 months. 　
アメリカ労働省が10日に発表した7月の消費者物価指数は、前の年の同じ月と比べて3.2％上昇しました。　
The Consumer Price Index for July, released by the U.S. Department of Labor on the 10th was 3.2% higher than the same month the year before. 　
伸び率は6月の3.0％を上回って13カ月ぶりに拡大しましたが、市場予想の3.3％を下回りました。　
The growth rate expanded for the first time in 13 months, above June's 3.0%, but below market expectations of 3.3%.
内訳を見ると食費が4.9％、家賃など住居費が7.7％上昇しましたが、ガソリンは19.9％下落しています。　
The analysis shows that food and housing costs, including rent, rose 4.9% and 7.7%, respectively, while gasoline fell 19.9%.
また、物価の変動の大きい食品とエネルギーを除いた指数は4.7％の上昇で、市場予想の4.8％を下回りました。　
Excluding food and energy, which are the most volatile price components, the index rose 4.7%, below the market forecast of 4.8%.
アメリカの中央銀行にあたるFRB（連邦準備制度理事会）は、雇用や物価の情勢を見極めながら来月の会合で追加の利上げを行うか判断することになります。
The FRB (Federal Reserve Board), which is the central bank of the United States, will decide whether to raise rates further at its meeting next month while assessing the employment and price situation.
