At around 6pm on the 21st, a man was stabbed with a knife in central Berlin.
The victim was a 30-year-old tourist from Spain and was seriously injured.
The scene was a "Holocaust Memorial," lined with stone mourning Jews massacres during World War II, and the man who stabbed him escaped.
Police arrested the suspect near the scene about three hours later.
It means that there were blood stains on his hand.
His identity, nationality, or motives have not been revealed.
