Hello, this is Delish Kitchen.I would like to show you how to make mini chocolate croissant.まずチョコレート一枚を順番になっていきます
At first crack the chocolate one by one.続いて半分に切ってください、室温で柔らかくしておくと切りやすくなります
Next cut in half, it will be easier to cut if the chocolate is kepted at room temperature.冷凍パイシートの1枚を切っていて、8等分にしてください
Cut one frozen pie sheets into 8 equal pieces.さらに斜めに切り込みを入れて半分にしていきます
After that, cut each piece diagonally in half.太い方にチョコレートを乗せて、巻いていきます
Place the chocolate onto the wider end the roll it up.出来あがったら、順番に並べて、水に溶いたら卵黄一個分は上から塗て行きます。これをオーブンに焼きにゆきます
When done, arrange them in order, whisk an egg with a splash of water then brush the top of each croissant. Bake them in an oven.180度20分200度で5分で完成です。参考になったらいいね、チャネル登録お願いします。
