こんばんは、"in living."です。

きょうは小腹が空いているくらいなので、
Since I'm just a little hungry today,
野菜のチーズ焼きを作りたいと思います。
I would like to make Grilled veggies with cheese.
はい、温玉になってもらいます。

アルミホイルで器を作ります。

はい、こんなかんじになりました。

はい、解凍しておいたブロッコリーとささみを入れていきます。

マヨネーズをかけます。
Then add mayonnaise.
塩コショウもします。
And sprinkle salt and pepper
オリーブオイルもちょっとかけます。
Put a little olive oil.
パン粉をちょっとだけ乗せます。

本当に効果あるかとか、そういうのは分からないんですけど、
