ヤマダ電機を運営するヤマダホールディングスは傘下の大塚家具を9月1日に完全子会社化すると発表しました。　
Yamada Holdings, which operates Yamada Denki, announced that it would turn Otsuka Kagu, a subsidiary, into a wholly owned subsidiary on September 1.
経営の意思決定を迅速にすることで、家電と家具を組み合わせた住宅関連事業を強化する狙いです。　
The aim is to strengthen the home appliance and furniture-related home-related business by driving management decision-making.
久美子前社長は去年12月に辞任していて、現在は経営に関与していません。
