昨日、日本をはじめ、世界各地のマクドナルドでシステム障害が発生し営業できなくなった問題でマクドナルドのグローバル本部は「プロバイダーの設定変更が原因だった」とする声明を出しました。　
Yesterday, McDonald's global headquarters released a statement said a system error that prevented McDonald's restaurants in Japan and other parts of the world from operating was due to a change in supplier settings.
マクドナルドのグローバル最高情報責任者は15日、「マクドナルドのグローバル技術システムに障害が発生した」と発表しました。　
McDonald's global chief information officer announced on the 15th that “McDonald's global technology system has encountered an error.”
原因について、「プロバイダーが設定を変更した際に不具合が生じた」としています。　
The reason is said to be "a problem occurred when the provider changed the settings".
また、「現在はすでに復旧し始めている」としたうえで「関係者にご迷惑をお掛けした」と謝罪しました。　
He also apologized for the inconvenience caused to those involved and noted that “the recovery process has begun.”
日本マクドナルドによりますと、日本でのシステム障害は現在復旧し、ほぼ全店で営業を再開したということです。

モバイルオーダーなどのオンライン決済も先ほどから再開しています。
