JR飯田橋駅付近の発煙の影響で総武線と中央線の一部は再び運転を見合わせています。

全線での再開は、午後2時ごろになるということです。

JR東日本によりますと、午前8時41分ごろ、飯田橋駅近くの線路沿いで発煙が確認され、中央線と総武線は一時運転を見合わせました。　
According to JR East, smoke was observed along the tracks near Iidabashi Station at around 8:41 a.m. and service on the Chuo Line and Sobu Line was temporarily suspended.
1時間ほどで運転は再開されましたが、その後、電力ケーブルの焼損が認められたため、設備の復旧作業を行っているということです。　
Operations resumed after about an hour, but it was later discovered that the power cables were burned so work to restore the equipment is underway.
このため、午前11時前から総武線は三鷹駅と千葉駅の上下線で、中央線は東京駅と新宿駅の間の上下線で再び運転を見合わせています。
