日本を訪れる外国人観光客について、添乗員を伴わないパッケージツアーが7日に解禁されることから、観光庁はガイドラインを改訂しました。　
The Japan Tourism Agency has revised its guidelines for foreign tourists visiting Japan, as the ban on unaccompanied package tours will be lifted on the 7th.
ガイドラインには旅行業者などが受け入れ責任者となり、滞在中の外国人観光客と確実に連絡が取れる体制を構築することなどを盛り込みました。　
The guidelines include the establishment of a system in which travel agencies and other entities are responsible for receiving and ensuring contact with foreign tourists during their stay in Japan.
また、入国時に旅行業者が感染対策の徹底について注意喚起をすることとします。　
In addition, travel agents will be reminded at the time of entry to the country about the thoroughness of infection control measures. 　
「特に欧米諸国・先進国のレベルと大きな差がないような形でさらなる緩和が必要」　
"Further easing of border measures is needed, especially in a manner not significantly different from the levels in Western and developed countries."
入国者数に上限が設けられて個人旅行を認めないなどの水際対策が続いていることから、観光業界からは、さらなる緩和の要望が出ています。
The tourism industry has asked for further easing of measures that continue to be taken at the border, such as limiting the number of people entering the country and not allowing individual travel.
