まず、両手を広げて手拍子を行います。
First, spread your hands out wide and clap to the beat.
トトンがトン。
Duh dun da dun.
そこから右手を前にして、左手を後ろに下げます。右。
After that, put your right hand out in front of you, and lower your left hand in back. Right.
次に左手を前にして、右手を後ろにします。左。

次に両手で下から上へ円を二回描きます。円、円。
