キリンは、緑茶商品「生茶」のカフェインを取り除いた「生茶デカフェ430ミリリットルペットボトル」約430万本を自主回収すると発表しました。
Kirin announced that it would take back about 4.3 million bottles of "Namacha Decaf 430ml PET", which are pure green tea products that have been removed caffeine.
対象となる商品はキャップに書かれている賞味期限が2020年4月20日から6月20日で、製造所固有記号が「S」のものです。
The taken back products are bottles with expiry date from 20th April 2020 to 20th June 2020, and have the plant's specific symbol "S".
飲んだ客から「いつもと味が違う」と連絡があり、発覚しました。
A customer who drank it reported to the company that "The taste is very different from normal ones."
ペットボトルの飲み口の部分が工場の機械と接触して傷が付いたため、密封性が保たれない恐れがあるということです。
Maybe the bottles were not sealed carefully because the plastic bottles' mouths collided with machinery in the factory and were scratched.
キリンは「再発防止に努めていく」としています。
Kirin also announced, "We will try to prevent this happening again."
